Villiers Business Hub tennants each have their own assigned key and entry-pad fob meaning you can come and go as you please any time! All units are self-contained and lockable.
Yes, of course! Tennants manage their own guest arrangments. Some units have an entry-phone system meaning you can simply 'buzz-in' your visitors. All we ask is that you accept full responsibility for your guests during their time at the Hub.
All our units are different so are priced separately. Regardless of cost, all rent is payable monthly by standing order or bank transfer.
Safety is a primary concern here at the Villiers Business Hub and we strive to make sure that everyone feels 100% safe.
All units are self-contained and lockable. Access to the majority of units is gained via the main door-entry system which operates on a key-pad / fob arrangement with guests granted access by being buzzed-in.
We plan to provide round-the-clock closed circuit video surveillance of the premises from summer 2023.
At the same time, we ask you to keep an eye on your personal belongings (wallets, laptops, etc.) as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
The agreed rent amount is for unencumbered access to your unit as well as the building's shared toilet facilities, kitchenette and weekly cleaning (excluding some workshop units). Buildings insurance is also included but tennants are advised to take-out their own contents insurance policy as we do not take responsibility for any loss or damage to what's inside your unit.
Tennants will be billed separately for their actual power usage in-line with prevailing utility company rates.
Tennants are responsible for their own telephone and wi-fi arrangments and costs.
Tennants are also fully responsible for any business rates or other levies that may be applicable to their specific business.
